George Keisoglou began to manufacture & trade clothes’ lining textiles in 1970 at Metamorfosi area in Athens, Greece. With hard work, perseverance and a vision for the future, he began to establish himself in the field as a major supplier of lining textiles for the production of clothing. He operated18 textile masts -type Sulzer- on a 24-hour basis to supply the Greek Fashion market with lining textiles of various qualities. During those years, the production of clothes in Greece was flourishing, and the Keisoglou Company supported the clothes manufacturers with one basic product – the linings. For the best customer service, George Keisoglou had opened a distribution warehouse of 100 sq.m. on Ermou Street in the center of Athens. That was the point from which many clothing manufacturers and retail stores were obtaining linings.

The second generation Keisoglou enters into the family business. Simos Keisoglou, had received the passion for this work from his father, and started to work in the company. He had brought new ideas for the company’s future & its development. Simos Keisoglou had begun imports of new types of linings. He had also introduced a new category of products needed in the manufacturing of clothes – the interlinings. He had presented the new products to the clothing manufacturers of the Greek market, who had trusted the Keisoglou Company for more than 25 years by that point.

The Keisoglou Company is growing in size. More merchandise, more sales and consequently bigger needs for facilities & staff. A new space of 800 sq.m. in the center of Athens, houses the increased volume of merchandise & our bigger team. In the same year, Elsa Keisoglou became a member of the team. Elsa Keisolgou marked a new course for the Keisoglou Company with the participation in European Textile & Fashion Exhibitions, such as Première Vision.

The Keisoglou Company continues to grow in every aspect. The Fashion Industry trusts us for the friendly & immediate service for ready-to-ship lining & interlinings. We frequently import large volumes of linings & interlinings from Europe & Asia. In the year 2017 the Keisoglou Company moved to a modern space of 2,500 sq.m. at the Acharnes area in Athens, Greece. Acharnes is an area close to the national transport network of Greece, something that helps us to receive our imports more quickly, but also to dispatch the orders of our customers with less travel time.

The Keisoglou Company has a leading position in the field of Interlinings & Linings Textiles in the Greek Fashion market & continues to grow by exporting it’s merchandise to European countries.

Many things have changed since 1970 when the company was founded. And many things have remained the same. Something that one person started 50 years ago, we continue it today together.
